Wireless LAN (WLAN) Fundamentals Course

Learn about the need for Wireless LAN, current standards and WLAN standard-setting bodies. We'll cover the 802.11 physical layer, known as the PHY layer, and 802.11 media access control layer or MAC. Understand WLAN coverage issues, and issues surrounding WLAN security. This Technical course will take approximately two hours to complete. Upon successful completion, you will receive four credits for the month of December.

Technical Training on New Access Switches

Three new EX Series Switches expand the Juniper portfolio and provide flexible deployments in campus wiring closets and the data center. The EX2200-C is a highly compact, fan-less and power-efficient platform for low-density micro branch, commercial or workgroup environments outside of the wiring closet. The EX3300 with Virtual Chassis Technology provides flexibility and ease of management. The EX6200 is a high-performance modular switch with up to nine I/O slots and POE+ ports. This course will take approximately 1 hour to complete.

The Continuing Education Program – One month left!

Training is an ongoing investment and to reward your efforts, Juniper Networks has developed the Continuing Education Program. This annual program, which runs from January thru December of each year, allows Partners to earn credits by completing courses, attending Webinars (live and recorded), and completing exams. The Continuing Education courses are assigned credits based on several factors, such as time, difficulty, and Juniper initiatives. Individuals have the opportunity to achieve Generalist, Advisor and Master levels within the program.
