Dear PRM Partner View Users, In July and October 2011, Avaya communicated that effective 31st October 2011, Avaya's PRM Partner View application will require an Avaya Single Sign On (SSO) account for access. The SSO account will replace the unique PRM Partner View user ID you have used in the past. This is a positive step forward to helping reduce the number of unique usernames and passwords you need to remember. What this means to you: On October 31st 2011, access to PRM Partner View will continue to be offered via the same link as today: www.avaya.com/prmportal. However, you will be prompted for your SSO account information to access PRM Partner View. If you do not have a current Avaya SSO user name and password, you will not be able to access PRM Partner View. Please follow these simple instructions to obtain an SSO account. Once you have a valid SSO you will be able to access PRM Partner View. - IF you do not have an existing Avaya Access/SSO User ID, proceed to sso.avaya.com and select the 'Sign Up' option to register for access.
- Supply your personal and company information, including your company's Link ID.
- Once approved for access, you will receive an email confirming your Avaya Access/SSO ID.
- If the email you registered with matches the email on your PRM Partner View access, then no further action on your part is required.
If you have any questions or concerns about this change or need assistance, please contact our Avaya Connect Partner Helpdesk Monday to Friday using this information:
We thank you for doing business with Avaya. Sincerely,
